As a Third-Party Provider, Spicy Sports is proud to partner with local businesses to offer on-resort guiding services.

Private Tours - Up to 6 People

Full Day (9:00-15:00): $540.00

Half Day (9:00-12:00): $380.00

* Rate is not inclusive of 5% GST.

*Tour times can be adjusted as needed.

Required Ability Level:

Participants must be able to ski or snowboard at a High Intermediate (Level 4) or higher skill level (i.e. participants should be able to ski or snowboard comfortably on blue runs with controlled turns at a stable pace).

Booking request Deadline:

Bookings must be made by 2:00pm, two days before the tour date.

Tour Information

Included:

Experienced guide.

Not Included:

Lift tickets, ski/snowboard equipment, and lunch are not included.

Meeting Location:

Whistler Village: Mountain Square.

Upper Village: In front of Spicy Sports Blackcomb.

Cancellation Policy:

Holiday Period (Dec 25-Jan 3, Mar 25-Mar 31):

Cancellations or changes to the tour date and/or duration made within 7 days of the scheduled tour are non-refundable.

Regular Period:

Cancellations or changes to the tour date and/or duration made within 48 hours of the scheduled tour are non-refundable.

Waivers:

All guests are required to sign a legal release of liability waiver before participation.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: THIRD-PARTY GUIDING REFERRAL SERVICE

1. Guiding Services Disclosure The Rental Store is not a licensed guiding company and does not provide guiding services at [Ski Resort Name]. Instead, we facilitate connections between our customers and independent, licensed guiding companies that are authorized to operate at the resort.

2. Commission and Referral Fee We may receive a referral fee or commission from the guiding company when a customer proceeds with a booking through our referral system. This relationship does not affect the pricing of the guiding service for the customer.

3. Limited Role and Liability Disclaimer The Rental Store acts solely as a referral agent. We are not the employer, contractor, or legal representative of any guiding company or guide. All guiding services are the sole responsibility of the licensed third-party provider.

4. By submitting a referral form or engaging in guiding services: - You acknowledge that The Rental Store is not responsible for the conduct, safety, quality, or availability of guiding services. - You release The Rental Store from any liability related to accidents, injuries, cancellations, or disputes arising from guiding services. - You agree that any disputes or claims must be addressed directly with the guiding provider.

4. Personal Information Consent To facilitate your guiding request, you consent to The Rental Store sharing your contact details and relevant booking information with the guiding company. We do not share your information beyond this purpose.

Important Notice By submitting this form, you are requesting guiding services provided by an independent, licensed guiding company. Spicy Sports.Inc. is not the provider of these services but may receive a commission if you proceed with a booking.

The guiding company will contact you directly with availability, pricing, and booking procedures. You will be subject to their terms, waivers, and insurance policies.

We may receive a referral commission when a booking is made. We do not use or share this information for marketing purposes unless explicitly authorized by you.
